Charming Stay and Heartwarming Hospitality

quiet bedroom welcome bonus
Breakfast was fulfilling and fueled our journey (in fact, no hunger till evening). The bedroom offered quiet and distance from the road. The lift to the bus station was a welcome bonus.
The bathroom felt a little small, and it lacked some amenities I would have liked.
Location
9/10
The location allowed an easy walk into town, granting access to restaurants. The house is also close to walks, including Kinnoull Hill. it is very accessible.
Facilities
9/10
There are comfortable chairs and a table in the room. A lift makes the bus station accessible, a great feature for travelers. Fiona provided a warm welcome to the guests upon arrival.
Dining
10/10
Breakfast was served in a pretty dining room and had fresh ingredients. Breakfast was satisfying (especially the pastries!). Peter is a chef and clearly has high standards.
Rooms
9/10
The room was super clean and nicely appointed, providing comfort. Two comfortable chairs and a table were present. We found the room very cute and relaxing.

small bathroom poor soundproofing
The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. it was small and honestly, quite basic (i expected better, frankly). the sink was tiny. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear other guests moving about in the morning, annoying.
