convenient location, friendly service
friendly staff perfect location
the staff was very friendly. the location was perfect for the beach and harbour. i appreciated that the room was quiet even with a function downstairs. it was also warm and comfortable.
the room was poorly maintained. i learned the tv hadn't been working for a while.

non-functioning television insecure doorknob
The television in the room did not function. Its presence was pointless. furthermore, the door was difficult to lock and open, a security concern. i consider these issues unacceptable for the price paid. the doorknob felt insecure. I expect better.
