Peaceful Getaway Experience

The site was quiet. There were pleasant river walks too. My dogs were welcome. The location has a short walk into the town with a selection of shops and places to eat.
I found rotten smelly food left in a bin from previous guests. I noticed an unclean shower room. I reported it to reception when checking out. I received a blank lackluster apology as if it were our doing.

The staff are lovely and friendly at this hotel. They quickly rectified a couple of issues with the caravan due to it being new. Not all the fixtures had been fitted at first.

The park is beautiful to walk round. The hotel is adjacent to the Borders Event Centre. A short walk to the town is available. Many shops and eateries are available too.
