The restaurant offered delicious meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient (I found it quite central).

the classic double room i stayed in was very clean the shower had great water pressure i found lots of parking available on site it was convenient i noticed the outdoor seating area was well maintained

helpful staff great view
my visit was great. the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. the room had a great view and plenty of space.
the hotel lacked an elevator. this made accessing upper floors difficult with luggage.

staff service delicious breakfast lovely view
the staff were amazing and recognized my husband needed accommodation changes. they switched our room without us asking! breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choice. lovely views complimented the meal.
the window in my room did not close properly. cold air entered and the street noise was loud. i did not like that.

i found the staff very helpful. the room view included eigg, rum, and skye. the hotel provided tasty dinner and breakfast in its restaurant. the location allowed easy access to both the train station and ferry port.
The bed was not very comfortable because the mattress felt firmer on one side. This affected my sleep quality.

the staff was helpful . the hotel's location near the train station proved convenient. the restaurant offered a tasty dinner (i liked the fish and chips).
my room lacked a wardrobe, inconvenient for storage. the television relied on a portable antenna, placed on the window. the broken window in my room couldn't be opened, and i wasn't offered an alternative solution.
