nice stay NEAR ferry

great location sea views
the hotel location is great. it is a short walk to the ferry and amenities. the room provides beautiful sea views from room 6.
some carpets on the stairs weren't clean. the carpets in the bedrooms also weren't very clean.

lovely stay with fine views

convenient location nice touch sister hotel
The location was really convenient. my room included tea, coffee, and water, a very nice touch. i had a continental breakfast at the sister hotel. it was easy to upgrade to a cooked breakfast. The food tasted excellent. staff at both locations were always friendly and helpful.
the shower hose in my bathroom seemed frayed and looked ready to break. it could use some replacement.

charming stay with fine views

i found a private car park at the back of the hotel. it was very convenient. i had a lovely view of the harbour and scenic mountains. it was a few minutes walk to local shops and cafes.
the en suite facilities were basic, i thought.

the hotel is right next to the ferry port crossing to hebrides island. local shops and cafes are a few minutes' walk away. the location along the waterfront is great. this made getting around very easy.

the staff offered attention and dedication. the receptionist and barman was very polite! the staff responded quickly. the housekeeper offered me another pillow that may have been better. the service was very good.

warm greeting later check-out great location frayed hose firm pillows limited breakfast
the member of staff greeted me warmly. i was allowed a slightly later check-out. the location was superb for catching the ferry.
the shower hose looked frayed. the pillows were very firm which wasn't ideal. the breakfast offered consisted of bread for toast, cereal, and pre-packaged croissants.
