separate shower warm greeting respectful decor
My room included both a bath and separate shower. The decor through the building was respectful. I had a warm greeting from staff on reception.
The room was in the fourth floor without lifts working. It was more like six floors up. Carrying cases was hard.

The breakfast offered a good choice of food.
The lift was out of order, so I had to walk up several flights of stairs to my room. Radiators made a dreadful sound during the night. I had to turn them off completely. I was disappointed that toiletries were not automatically provided in the room.

comfortable walk respectful design additional bathroom
i found the location convenient, offering a comfortable walk to Princes Street.. the decor throughout the building showcased a respectful design reflecting the building's quality. the bathroom included both a bath and a shower, which helped ease any aches after a day exploring the city.
I noticed a slight inconvenience. The waiting time for breakfast was a bit long, requiring at least 45 minutes each day.

the staff was courteous and helpful, ensuring all needs were met promptly and efficiently. they provided recommendations for local restaurants, which greatly enhanced the overall experience.

the room had fine views from every angle and featured beautiful woodwork throughout. the room was equipped with puzzles and games available in the library, and added entertainment options. the shower had excellent water pressure too.

Satisfactory Stay with Room for Improvement

The location is very convenient for exploring. The breakfast service was quick, and the breakfast room had a nice layout. The windows in my room opened, which allowed fresh air in since the heaters made the room stuffy.
The shower was positioned in a way , made it difficult to enter. The paint on the cupboard and side table was chipped, so it needs some maintenance. The staff at reception gave a bad attitude upon arrival. They put a sticker on my bag and said it might or might not be in the room later.
