BIRCHBRAE HIGHLAND LODGES, Onich

Birchbrae Highland Lodges offer lodges with a Scandinavian-style wooden exterior and a warm contemporary interior. Each lodge has a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, oven, and hob, plus a spacious lounge with a home cinema TV system. The bedrooms are decorated using neutral colours with wooden fittings, and there are two modern tiled bathrooms per lodge.

Every lodge includes a covered veranda where guests can watch red squirrels, rabbits, and roe deer in the surrounding woodland. The lounge features a home cinema TV system for entertainment, and the kitchen is equipped with all self-catering essentials including a washing machine. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and the lodges have outdoor furniture and a picnic area.

The lodges are set half a mile from Loch Linnhe and 8 miles north of Fort William, the largest town in the Highlands. Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in Britain, is a 30-minute drive away, and the Corran Ferry is within walking distance for access to Ardgour. Hiking trails, including the walk to Inchree Falls, start from the property, and a golf course is nearby.

Dogs are welcome at Birchbrae Highland Lodges, with pet bowls and a welcome blanket provided for each stay. The property has designated smoking areas and offers grocery deliveries for self-catering convenience. The surrounding woodland provides plenty of walking opportunities for guests with dogs.

The property offers wheelchair accessible lodges with ramped access, raised toilets, and toilets with grab rails. The bathrooms include a lower sink and a wet room, with space for wheelchair maneuverability. The lodges also have allergy-free rooms available on request.
