small window parking view
The room i was assigned, kilchurn, was quite disappointing. It had one small window that barely opened. the other window did not open at all. this room faced the parking area, compromising both the view and the privacy. i was also disturbed by noise from the breakfast preparations each morning as the room is next to the dining area.

clean room quality produce lacks privacy crunching gravel
the room was very clean and had everything i needed. breakfast was jolly nice made with quality produce. i enjoyed the underfloor heating and the grand bathroom had piping hot water.
kilchurn room lacks privacy. the gravel outside crunches whenever anybody walks on it or whenever a car leaves or arrives.

The breakfast choices seemed excellent, with fresh quality ingredients. Everything was beautifully cooked and well presented. The hosts, Carol and Bobby, were helpful. They were attentive.

Carol and bobby were wonderful hosts. They created a cute atmosphere. the breakfast included fresh, quality ingredients. It was beautifully cooked. the location provided panoramic views from the room. I loved the serene ambiance. we felt cared for .
The room was located near the dining area. I could hear preparations beginning early each morning.

disappointing room allocation
noisy path smaller room
the location was acceptable enough.
i found the room allocation unfair. i was in a smaller room without a balcony, though i paid the same rate as guests in larger rooms that did have balconies. the gravel path outside the window was noisy anytime someone walked by. i also heard preparations for breakfast early each morning since my room was next to the dining room.
