Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
The Atholl Arms, a classic Victorian Scottish hotel from the 1860s near the train station, provides an ideal location for visiting Blair Atholl Castle and the surrounding area, as well as the Loft restaurant which is a short walk away. Guests often appreciate the traditionally decorated rooms, some of which are described as spacious and cosy, and the attractive lounge area with a fireplace. The breakfast in the grand dining room is also a highlight, with fresh options made to order, though some guests have found the rooms to be a little dated.

The room had a great size. I liked that! the staff in the bothy bar were particularly nice. i also appreciated the beautiful dining room. It really looked special.

decent experience

outside garden spacious room slow service inattentive staff
i found the building beautiful. it has a great outside garden where i enjoyed drinks. the room itself was spacious and clean (which is always a plus).
the bar service was quite slow for food. i think they only had one chef working that night. the waiting staff did not seem very attentive (i waited quite a while for someone to take my dessert order).
