a satisfactory visit

convenient location clean room hot water traffic noise thin curtain privacy issue
the location was quite convenient. it allowed short walks to various shops. the room was clean. i found hot water readily available in the shower.
the room faced a main road. i heard constant traffic noise. the thin curtains failed to block the light, and i could see into houses across the street. the lack of net curtains reduced privacy.

I found the location just amazing. it was a quick walk to the town center. friendly staff were also a total bonus. there was public parking right next door. It was so convenient!
The check-in process was not ideal. i received a message about check-in times, but upon arrival, no one was there and the keys were missing. i experienced a noisy road since my room faced the main road. I had to pick between fresh air and some quiet.

Fantastic Stay

excellent proximity family room plenty storage quick response
The hotel's proximity to the main attractions was excellent. The family room included a double bed plus a single bed. It also had plenty of storage drawers and a convenient area for hanging clothes. Hosts responded quickly to questions.
I noticed the room was a bit noisy. Every conversation at the entrance could be heard

The hosts demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness. One staff member assisted with carrying luggage up the stairs. The staff seemed proactive during the visit.

fantastic location and friendly staff!

superb location helpful staff basic facilities
the location was superb! a short walk took me right into the town center. the staff were very helpful during check in, and they provided useful information. i found the room quite clean, and it had all the basic facilities i needed.
The bathroom was a bit small. I think adding a shelf for toiletries would greatly improve it

a continental breakfast was included, a nice touch and very convenient. the breakfast selection included cereal, toast, and pastries, and everything was fresh. it was a good way to start the day.

My single room was big enough for one person, and it had an en-suite bathroom. the bed was very comfortable. I slept well each night. the room was clean and tidy, such great service!

close location sea front uncomfortable mattress missing blanket
the location was very close to the town and sea front. the owners welcomed me on arrival and then left me to my own devices.
the mattress and pillows were super uncomfortable. at night it was freezing, i went downstairs to ask for a blanket and no one was around so i had to use the towels...
