an acceptable stay
clean room warm shower unavailable channels missing hooks
the room was clean. it had a nice, warm shower. there was also plenty of parking and a short walk for food and drink, very convenient.
The television offered freeview, but many channels weren't available. there were no hooks to hang a coat. It needs hooks at the entrance. these things impacted the overall experience.

friendly staff comfy pillows good food
Staff seemed considerate and friendly. The room was always clean and if you need extras, staff bring them. Beds and pillows are comfy too and extras are provided. The restaurant has good food and drink, also there is a lovely atmosphere.

The family room includes one large double bed plus two single beds and space enough for four adults. There were blackout curtains and individual reading lamps. The air conditioning worked well.

The hotel has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Also a bar with a selection of local ales. Free parking is available to all guests on site. There is elevator access to all floors.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
spacious room friendly staff handy location easy parking
I found my room very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. They were always helpful and ready to accommodate any request. Its handy location near a Spar and McDonald's was a huge plus. Parking was super easy, and the hotel location was quiet, assuring a good night's sleep.
I noticed a very slight musty smell in the hallway near the elevators (but it did not affect the room).

The family room was large and tidy, offering plenty of space for all of us. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (amazing!). Housekeeping services were daily and thorough, which I really appreciated.
