convenient and well-equipped

ground floor easy access coffee tea comfortable lounge
i had a ground floor room providing easy access. it included a kettle, biscuits, and coffee and tea supplies. the tv and wifi worked well. the bed was clean (a great plus) and comfortable. catering options were available, along with a comfortable lounge for relaxation.
the furniture seemed a little dated (but functional).
