adequate stay
harbour view friendly person small room poor breakfast
the location offered GREAT views of the harbour. it was also conveniently near the ferry terminal. the person at the pub who handed over the keys was very friendly.
the room was not very spacious for two adults and two big kids. breakfast WAS poor. also the single bed creaked whenever my son moved.

The location suited my plans well. I found free WiFi readily available throughout the hotel. The pub within the hotel had a lively atmosphere.. It was filled with friendly people.

fantastic staff bigger room beautiful hotel high stairs basic bathroom no lift
the room was bigger than i imagined it was 10/10. staff were fantastic i loved how they treated me. it was so beautiful i would have stayed longer if i could.
my room was up three flights of stairs i found this difficult. there was no lift , made it harder to carry my luggage. the shared bathroom was very basic it needed paper towels.

cold breakfast unapologetic owner
The bar downstairs was convenient.
The breakfast was AWFUL. It was cold, and the waiter never brought a replacement after I complained. The owner was UNAPOLOGETIC when I spoke to him about it. staff wore blue gloves while handling food and touching everything else, a HUGE health and safety issue.
