generally positive stay
friendly staff comfortable bed nice bathroom tired room dated decor questionable value
the staff were very friendly. i found the beds comfortable. the bathroom was also quite nice. (the shower was great!)
the hotel rooms felt a little tired. the rooms had everything i needed, but the decor could use some updating. the value for money could be better considering the room's condition.

excellent stay!
great staff delicious dinner cared group really good breakfast
the staff are fantastic! grace really stood out! she took SUCH good care of our group. we felt looked after by everyone working at the hotel, big thanks to them. dinner was delicious and the breakfast also satisfied us a lot
the room decor looks a bit dated, but it has EVERYTHING i needed.

Breakfast included freshly cooked scottish options. It tasted amazing. you can also enjoy your evening meals with your dog in the bar area, instead of only the dining room. the hotel offers great food!

The rooms are spacious and very clean! beds are comfortable too. the hotel provides family rooms. the triple room is spacious and comfortable. It is well-placed with everything one needs .

the location is lovely and peaceful! it is well-situated. the hotel is near the pier, so boarding the boat to see the puffins next morning was easy. this hotel is the only bar and public restaurant in the village.

the lady who helped us was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful! every team member, like i was in their living room. the staff are always asking how our day went. they are super friendly!
