highland hospitality at its finest

helpful staff delicious dinner really good service
the staff was helpful. they assisted with luggage and were always available to answer questions, i found the service really good! the food was delicious, especially dinner. it was evident that the chef took great pride in preparing each dish.
the wi-fi was only available in public areas, not in the rooms. this made it inconvenient to work or stream anything privately.

friendly staff family room small room unsatisfactory shower
the front door was opened upon arrival i received assistance carrying luggage upstairs the family room was spacious and comfortable the bar area and pool room provided a nice way to unwind after a long drive
the rooms were small they were also comfortable the shower was not satisfactory it was hard to have a proper shower

weak shower pressure nonexistent internet
The shower pressure was BEYOND weak. It barely trickled out. the internet access was virtually nonexistent in the room. I had to go to the lobby anytime i needed to send an email. It was REALLY inconvenient.

Really good Highlands Experience

easy storage amazing views nice selection
The staff was consistently helpful. They made bicycle storage easy. The views from my room were magnificent (especially at sunrise). I found the selection of whiskies in the bar to be a nice touch.

The staff helped carry luggage upstairs. This was appreciated. Our family room had ample space. Breakfast offered a superb selection.
