fantastic stay!
beautiful garden tasty pie friendly staff
the staff ensured i had everything i needed. breakfast set me up well for the day. i tried the steak and ale pie, and i can confirm it tasted very nice. the beer garden was beautiful and sunny, i enjoyed the views too!
the food ordering times felt a little early, limiting dining options slightly.

Staff were friendly and obliging from arrival to departure. They really made a big difference. they were very cute. the staff just couldn't do enough for our group of walkers!

the accommodation was super clean and comfortable. there was an excellent choice of food with specials changing nightly. consideration for my daughter's allergies was amazing, they prepared special meals! the bar had a fine selection of ales and wines!

fantastic staff great choice comfortable room
I found the staff fantastic they did so much for me. Breakfast was perfect with great choice for bar meals. I had a comfortable room it overlooked the estuary.

low water pressure carpet stain
the breakfast plates were hot, and the food was also at the right temperature.
Room service ended quite early. I wished it was available later. i had a specific issue with the shower. The water pressure was very low. there was also a noticeable stain on the carpet near the bed.

diesel smell early cutoff
Room 5 smelled strongly of kerosene diesel. It. I reported this issue to the management. The timing for ordering food cuts off early, at 7:30 pm. Family members were refused breakfast, even one being 89 years old.
