mixed feelings About my stay

the location was convenient to public transport, so getting around was relatively easy.
The room had a noticeable damp smell, and it seemed like the issue was masked with air freshener instead of being properly addressed. this was quite unpleasant and affected the overall experience in the room..

mixed feelings about the stay

worn furniture faulty fan
the location was acceptable it was close to public transport.
my room did not match the photos on the website the furniture was worn out the bathroom fan was broken so moisture lingered after showering the hot water fluctuated wildly during showers going from scalding to freezing in seconds.

charming stay!

quick walk helpful staff ideal room great shower
I loved how close it was to haymarket train station. It's just a quick five-minute walk. the staff were funny and helpful. I appreciated the chats. my room was ideal for a solo traveller, and i really appreciated the shower!
The stairs to the rooms are fairly steep. There is no lift, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage.

A variety of information leaflets were available. I found these useful for planning my days. the hotel's location is excellent. It is close to both the train station and bus stops, made traveling easier. there were no issues at all.

friendly staff close proximity
the staff were SUPER friendly, and they provided helpful information. i really appreciated the close proximity to Haymarket station, it makes travelling around quite convenient.
the room needed some attention. the bathroom was not as clean AS i would expect, i noticed some dust and the toilet seat was loose.
