pleasant stay with minor drawbacks
loch location spacious room dusty furniture sound insulation
the location right on the loch was great. the room was spacious (perfect.
The cleanliness could have been better. I noticed some dust on the furniture. soundproofing wasn't ideal. I could hear noise from other rooms (which was a bit disruptive).

loch view clean room missing key inconvenient travel
i appreciated the view from my room it overlooked the loch. the room was well decorated and very clean i also found the sky tv to be a plus.
i was disappointed to find there was no key for the room i stayed in. i had to travel quite a distance to retrieve the key from another location i found this to be inconvenient.

noise disturbances inadequate soundproofing
the bedroom was spacious and contained everything required.
i must report noise disturbances from the rooms overhead became bothersome. footsteps resonated through the floorboards at all hours. the soundproofing is inadequate considering the cost of the accommodations. the arrangement needs correction to justify the expense.
