Charming Stay Close to Everything

helpful staff harbor view
I found the staff very helpful. The location is convenient to the ferry, trains, buses, restaurants, and shops. Our family room had ample space, with a nice harbor view.
The bar's outside area was under my window. The noise continued well past midnight, hindering sleep.

convenient location short walk walking distance plenty space
The room provided a fan because it was a warm day. Its location is great. The ferry terminal is just a short walk away. The ferry, train, buses, restaurants and shops are a walking distance from the hotel. I liked that the family room had plenty of space.
The toilet needed multiple teapots full of water to flush.

large room good breakfast ideal location
the room it was clean, comfortable, and quite large. i had a good continental breakfast each morning. the hotel location is definitely ideal, close to everything.
The hotel don't have a elevator. It was a bit of a climb with my luggage.

small sink warm water delay
the location proved acceptable given its proximity to transportation hubs.
The sink in the room was too small. Washing and even brushing teeth became quite an inconvenience. also, i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get warm water in the shower. it made basic hygiene a challenge.

The location offered immediate access to the ferry and train stations, it was convenient. the staff demonstrated attentiveness and the room was clean. I noticed this immediately. my room provided a comfortable stay and i appreciated the available amenities. the bar was a social space. It provided a relaxed atmosphere.
