great location easy check-in quiet building helpful staff
the location worked perfectly! it was a short walk to all attractions. the room included a sink and a fridge. checking in was easy and the staff helped me quickly. the building felt quiet, so i could relax well!
the parking nearby was expensive. i wish i had known that before i drove.

friendly staff central location excessive heat traffic noise
the staff members were friendly. the location was central.. a short walk to shops. the continental breakfast included a good selection of items.
the heating in my room was on. i was unable to turn it off. traffic noise from outside forced me to close the window.

comfortable beds furnished room clean towels
i found the beds very comfortable. the room was big and well furnished. there was abundant tea and sugar. the toilet and shower rooms were clean, also supplied with many towels.

Excellent Location and Helpful Service!

excellent location helpful owner comfortable room
The location was excellent. I could easily reach the ferry terminal. The owner offered great assistance in retrieving my daughter's charger. Our room accommodated three people comfortably.
The attic twin bed was not very comfortable, and the room felt quite small. The shared toilet lacked ventilation. It smelled unpleasant after use. A larger room on the ground floor proved much better.

white powder missing couch
The room wasn't very clean. i found some white powder on the walls. the twin room was also tiny. It didn't have a couch like it should have. the bathroom had a rag dripping with some unknown liquid, concerning. the lack of cleanliness and the missing amenities detracted from the experience.

questionable stains limited space
the location was acceptable.
The room was not very clean. I found some questionable stains on the carpet (it really grossed me out). the bathroom was also quite small, offering very limited space for toiletries. i was really disappointed.
