steep stairs little luggage
the friendly staff provided robes , slippers , and water , which i found acceptable.
i did not like the fact that there were seventy-five steps up to my room. nobody warned me. this is really only acceptable for young and fit people with little luggage.

a good stay
warm staff swift check-in fine view special experience
I found the staff greeted me with such warmth. It reminded me of stepping into a friendly home! check-in was swift and simple, a true blessing after my travels. my room offered a fine view! it, the memory i hold fondly.
The on-street parking around the corner was a bit tricky. It had a maximum stay restriction, a small inconvenience

The twin room i stayed in had very comfortable beds! free water bottles were available, a nice touch. a hospitality tray was provided with delicious biscuits. I felt quite pampered with everything provided in my room.

Breakfast offered a good choice with freshly prepared food, really such a treat. the scottish breakfast was tasty. it was lovely to start the day with such quality and flavor. Everything tasted so very good.

4 hour max stay difficult parking
The breakfast selection was acceptable.
The on street parking around the corner has a 4 hour max stay. It costs £24 for those 4 hours, which they do not tell you. This made parking very difficult for me.

Really good Boutique Experience
large tv modern bathroom
The room offered a large screen TV with many apps. Included Netflix. The modern bathroom featured a charger for electric toothbrushes. A very nice touch. I welcomed the attention to detail in the room and bathroom!
