a reasonably good stay

comfortable bed river view long wait rude staff
the bed was particularly comfortable. i slept well . the room was spacious and well-decorated with a lovely view of the river.
I had to wait ten minutes to check in at the vacant desk. when i asked about check-in at the bar, i was rudely told to wait at the desk. it was not a great start. this also occurred when i arrived on time for my booked dinner table. I waited again for ten minutes.

loch view river walk superb breakfast dog-friendly attention
I was fortunate to get a room overlooking the loch offering picturesque scenery. The walk along the river near the inn was a major highlight. Breakfast had superb choices including a variety of options. The staff's attention to pets impressed me. They are indeed dog-friendly.
The room could use a bit of an upgrade to enhance its appeal.

pleasant stay at loch side

convenient parking quick check-in luggage storage
i found convenient parking upon arrival the check-in process was quick the staff was friendly and provided clear information regarding hotel amenities i greatly appreciate the luggage storage service that allowed me to explore without baggage concerns. the hotel provided a lovely base for my adventures. i did appreciate that.
the bathroom lacked adequate ventilation resulting in lingering moisture and a slightly musty odour after showering something that addressing would greatly enhance guest comfort.

the hotel staff were helpful and courteous at every interaction i had they promptly addressed all my requests. the check-in process was efficient and informative the staff provided quick assistance with directions. the service exceeded my expectations.
