comfortable chairs easy parking walking distance
The room was newly redecorated. The bathroom was lovely. Space existed under the beds to accommodate suitcases. Two comfortable chairs and a table allowed me to avoid using the bed as a seating place. Wine glasses and chocolates were available in the room. Parking facilities are straightforward. I was given recommendations for bars and restaurants within walking distance. The host greeted me on arrival and took me through all details.
The room wasn't very soundproof.

a wonderful stay
warm welcome clean room
i enjoyed a warm welcome from joy. the room was large and very clean. the bed provided a good night's sleep i needed.
the living space between the rooms felt close. there wasn't much privacy.

bad smell excessive dampness
The room smelled bad. I also noticed a lot of dampness. These issues need addressing quickly, as they detracted from my experience. I really DIDN'T enjoy breathing that in.

Joy (the host) was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfasts were amazing and the location included parking.
I noticed a bad smell in our room. There was also a lot of humidity.
