wonderful visit!

kind host cooked breakfast friendly staff
Colin, the host, was very kind! he helped me with my suitcase to my room on the first floor. the breakfast was great. I especially liked the cooked breakfast. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was of high quality.
The plumbing made some loud noises. I could hear rumbling when taps turned on in adjacent rooms.

the location was great. i walked from the city centre, and it only took a few minutes. the breakfast was fantastic. i ordered the night before, and it was cooked perfectly. the staff was friendly, i felt welcome.
the carpet was a bit tatty. i think it needs replacing soon. the bathroom was small. there was no shelf for my toiletries, and the loo roll holder was hard to reach. the windows needs work, and the paint is peeling.

the owner was friendly and good to chat with.
the room was not great it could do with a deep clean. the valance sheet on bed looked scruffy also the bed was far too soft for me.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location

Collin was very cute upon my arrival. The off-road parking added convenience. I found the breakfast to be a smooth operation with perfectly cooked food , and staff were responsive. The location is a short walk to both the train station and the city center , offering quiet surroundings.
The bathroom needed a bit more attention to cleanliness, particularly around the sink and wall margins.
