The Double Room was nicely decorated and felt very cute. I really liked the plentiful parking available. The staff was pleasant and helpful .
The bar closed rather early , and that was disappointing. I also found the dinner menu to have limited selections. The food was okay , but not particularly nice.

large windows fresh room warm milk
the dining room boasts large windows with beautiful views. our family room felt very clean and fresh! i really appreciated the warm milks for my daughter at breakfast and in the evenings. the staff were so kindly and attentive (.).

Relaxing Stay

spacious room expected amenities quiet retreat
The room was spacious. It had all amenities I expected. The hotel staff prepared a lovely spread of items. I made ham and cheese croissants before my early departure. The location felt remote and peaceful. It seemed far removed from everything else. It was a quiet retreat nestled in the woods.
The family room felt a bit cramped. There were very few plugs available. I especially noticed none were located near the bedside tables.

The breakfast offered well-cooked eggs and properly cooked bacon. Dinner had a beautiful presentation. I enjoyed the fine views from the dining room while I ate.

The hotel is near beautiful gardens. It is within walking distance of the town. There is a short cut over the railway line. This makes it about 5 to 10 minutes into town.

The cooked breakfast was really good. It was made to order. The dining area is lovely, and I like that the location allowed for walking into town. Staff members could not do more. I'm so happy with my visit!

the staff welcomed us warmly. our family room was spacious and immaculate. the peaceful atmosphere really created an escape. breakfast was a delight with many buffet options.
the room felt a little basic. that's my only slight issue.

the hotel offers easy access to the town center, with just a short walk needed. it is conveniently near heartland festival, which suited my trip very well, and has amazing breakfast though the parking was expensive.

Our room was spacious. Quite large compared to uk standards. the bedding felt especially comfortable and the views were lovely. i found the room to be clean, comfortable and quiet. It did its job well!
