Wonderful Stay Near Everything!
excellent location warm welcome
The location proved excellent. It was so close to the town center. The breakfast was also very nice. Paul gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. This was greatly appreciated.
The room lacked a wardrobe, difficult to organize my clothes properly, for the duration of the stay.

The host offered clear and precise check-in information. He also provided us with a parking permit for on-street parking. This was very helpful. The owner cooked a superb breakfast.
Facilities

The room included all necessary facilities and offered good space. The bathroom had great hot water and excellent shower pressure. The accommodation seemed like a typical Scottish house.

The place is a short walk away from the river, with lots of dining options. It is also really close to the station. It is within walking distance of the town center.

the location is near the city centre a short walk is needed. breakfast offered a traditional scottish cooked option i found it very filling

variety of options attentive service limited space light exposure
The breakfast was lovely. i especially enjoyed the variety of options available and the attentive service, it was a treat. the location was also ideal. It was a quick walk to the city center, offering easy access to shops and attractions.
the room was quite small. space for luggage was limited. the bathroom lacked a blind, light exposure was an issue.

missing wardrobe bathroom blind
The breakfast included was quite welcome.
The room lacked a wardrobe, inconvenient. I also found there was no blind in the bathroom (a bit odd, i think), so privacy was compromised when the light was on at night. The cost felt too high for what was offered.

friendly host spacious room high price shower pressure
The host was friendly at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. my room was clean and quite spacious, it included a permit to park my car.
The price felt too high for what i got. It did not include a wardrobe. the shower pressure was not great.
