lovely island stay
warm welcome big windows
i got picked up from the ferry by sandra, our host, a great welcome. i even received a room upgrade when i arrived, and the rooms had big windows. breakfast had many continental options, including scones from a baker on the island, so i felt very spoiled.

the rooms had coffee and tea facilities, i found it very cosy. my room had a modern bathroom and really good water pressure in the shower, a delight. it was also bright, clean, warm, and modern.

the breakfast included freshly baked scones from the island baker, they were really good. there was a range of continental options and sandra made sure i had everything. she even packed scones for me, that was kind.

The hotel was very close to the ferry pier. It was literally around the corner. The location was very convenient. Our room was homely with a countryside view, but the shower had good pressure.
The breakfast was cereals and scones. I expected a cooked breakfast. The room was relatively small. Couples had to share tables in the breakfast room, we thought.

The location WAS awesome! It was a VERY short walk from the ferry terminal. The manageress was friendly and gave me helpful information about the island.
My room was a bit small. There was VERY little space to hang towels in the bathroom. That was a MINOR inconvenience
