friendly staff great breakfast well-kept room outside noise dim lighting limited channels
the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was great. i think the rooms were a good size and well kept.
the noise from outside was noticeable at times. the lighting in the room was a bit dim. the tv had a limited number of channels, we didn't like it

frayed carpets hard pillows
The room i stayed in needed some work. frayed carpets and a tired look were apparent. It did not feel like a true four-star experience. the window was opaque and unclean. This. hard pillows detracted from sleep quality. I found it difficult to get rested.

the staff were very cute. i found the room had everything i needed for my short stay. beds were quite comfortable. breakfast was tasty and i could not fault it.

lovely breakfast friendly staff comfortable room
the staff was really friendly (i appreciated their warm welcome). i had a really lovely cooked breakfast, prepared just as i requested. the room was excellent, very nice and neat.
i found the hotel and public bar closed quite early. it was a bit inconvenient.

lovely stay, noisy room
perfectly cooked fish central location
The evening meal impressed me. a regular recommended the fish and chips, and they were perfectly cooked. the hotel has a great central location, and i managed to park for free in the main square. the en-suite bathroom was high spec. It added a luxurious touch.
i stayed in room 2 and the kitchen extractor fan was right outside. the description mentioned it, but i missed it, and it ran almost all night! i had very little sleep due to the noise, even though the room itself was lovely.

The staff were great . They helped with directions and recommendations. the breakfast service was efficient, with a variety of options readily available. i felt well looked after!

the room was clean and well kept. it featured a modern en-suite bathroom with high-quality fixtures, including a rainfall shower. amenities included a tv and tea and coffee making facilities.
