Lovely Stay in Town

relaxing atmosphere comfortable decor quality linen
I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, especially given the location felt central to the town. The room decor and furnishings were very tastefully chosen, with comfortable period pieces. I slept soundly in the comfortable bed thanks to good quality linen and I really appreciated it. The breakfast choices impressed me, and the evening meals tasted wonderful.
The bathroom radiator was not working, and I was told it was switched off, which I didn't understand. It was November, and one night the temperature dropped to 1 degree. The condensation on the window in the morning was unbelievable. Though, this wasn't a big issue.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provided complimentary toiletrieswith shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, simplifying my packing. Guests can access free Wi-Fi throughout the premises, useful for both work and leisure. I used it to check emails and plan my day. I also found a luggage storage service available.
Service
10/10
The staff greeted me with such warmness and attentiveness. They also offered helpful suggestions for nearby attractions. I visited a charming local art gallery, which I found good. The responsiveness of the team contributed positively to my visit, as they were always available to attend to my requirements.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast buffet presented a wide assortment of options, with both hot and cold dishes. I really enjoyed the locally sourced ingredients which enhanced the food's flavour. The dining area had tables spaced adequately, providing an intimate dining atmosphere, though the lightning was too dim.
