Comfortable and Convenient Stay

clean room soft towels friendly staff

My room was clean and a good size. The towels provided were thick and soft. Breakfast was fresh and prepared quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had to walk through the public bar area to reach my room.

minor issues during stay

imroper window slow breakfast

the room lacked a proper window. i also found the breakfast service quite slow (it took nearly 40 minutes to get my order). the food quality could also improve, especially the sausages. the tinned mushrooms were a letdown.

helpful staff friendly staff great breakfast heating problem early departure cold temperature

the staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast was great. the shower had strong pressure and a good sized cubicle.

on arrival, i was asked if i would pay right then. with an early departure the next morning, that was convenient for me. however, only after i paid and was being shown to my room did i learn the heating was not working. it was a night when the temperature was close to freezing.
