central clean stay
excellent location easy access clean room
the location was excellent for accessing the city centre it was close to st enoch metro station the room had easy coded entry i got an email with the code before i arrived the room was clean and warm
i found it a bit annoying that the lights were on motion sensors i had to keep waving my arms around when i was reading or watching tv as they repeatedly turned off it was a minor inconvenience

reception staff were very helpful and friendly they always greeted me with a smile i saw one of them dealing with demanding guests and they showed patience tact and courtesy

the room had a well equipped kitchen i found pans knives and a brand new fan oven there was also a dining seating area for meals the shower was efficient

i was able to put food in the fridge and cook it i liked having that option the kitchen had everything i needed to prepare meals the nearby tesco supermarket was convenient

constant hum uncomfortable bed
the location was quite central. the room was equipped with a kettle.
The noise levels were rather high. I could hear a constant hum from what sounded like an air conditioning unit outside! this droning continued throughout the night. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. the springs were noticeable, providing minimal support.

the staff was pleasant and offered a free map upon arrival
the square outside saw a permanent group of drinkers and drug users it felt uncomfortable accessing the building at night the square is very shabby with dereliction making it uninviting
