loch view friendly staff fresh berries poor shower thin wall buffet breakfast
the location provided great views over the loch.. the breakfast was wonderful, especially the fresh berries. the staff were friendly and gave good tips for the day.
i could hear everything from next door and downstairs. the shower was really poor.

poor water pressure temperature control
the breakfast choice was quite good.
I found the lack of daily room service unacceptable. For a stay of several nights, the room should be cleaned. also, the shower in my room had very poor water pressure and temperature control, this made it difficult to have a decent shower, temperature control was unpredictable.

the breakfast offered much choice and tasted delicious. the lounge provided fine views. i found the hosts friendly and helpful.
