Acceptable stay, some privacy issues
small bathroom reduced privacy
The bathroom seemed quite small to me. I also seemed like I was staying in someone's personal residence (not ideal). The sense of privacy was reduced because of that. These aspects detracted from the overall experience a bit.

Karen is a friendly hostess. The gardens are beautiful. The house has great facilities.
The bathroom feels very small. I seemed like I was in someone's home. This made it not very private.

superb b&b experience
furnished bedroom real milk perfect bathroom
the bedroom was furnished beautifully. there were shortbread biscuits and real milk for the filter coffee. the bathroom was perfect, it was the best bathroom i have ever seen.
the listing did not mention the number of steps leading up to the hotel
