peaceful location private patio mould bathroom squeaky floorboards
The location provided a peaceful setting. The private patio area with a table offered a great space for relaxation. I liked the easy access to Oban. The restaurant provided nice options for breakfast.
The bathroom blind had significant mould. The floorboards above the room were quite squeaky. i found these elements rather distracting. these issues affected the overall experience.

a proper stay

quiet location patio doors comfortable stay
the location was really quiet. the room included patio doors opening to the garden, deer even walked right up to it. alan, the chef, and lee, the bar manager.
i didn't enjoy how little cleaning was done during my five day stay. the breakfast staff seemed very inattentive, needing more training. resetting tables more quickly would also improve the experience a lot.
