Fantastic Value and FRIENDLY Staff

friendly staff great location
My room had nice, little touches, LIKE complimentary shower gel and shampoo. I found a bottle of water and cookies. I REALLY appreciated that they were replaced daily. The hotel is in a GREAT location and has a good value for money.

The hotel has an attached Indian restaurant with limited opening hours. It provides a variety of options. The bar is friendly and reasonably priced, an added benefit, so I enjoyed HAVING dart and billiards there.

reception was quick. the room was clean and had everything i needed. the location was near the main road with easy bus access and the room was quiet. the downstairs bar had friendly staff and regulars making me feel very welcome.

the room had a nice and warm atmosphere.
The keys didn't work properly. I was locked out. i had to book another place at the last minute. it caused significant inconvenience and additional expense.

friendly manager cute regulars ideal location sunset walk
The manager jason is attentive!!! he makes sure every guest is comfortable, that's really awesome. the pub staff are great and the regulars are really cute, it is great. the location is ideal. There is a chinese takeaway across the road and a co-op up the hill. the beach is only a five-minute walk. It's perfect for a sunset walk!
my room door would not lock correctly and the window didn't close properly, it was only a slight problem!

a happy stay!

amazing staff convenient location room entertainment daily water
the staff was amazing they were very friendly and helpful the location was super convenient with easy access to transportation the room had a tv for entertainment and a kettle with coffee and tea i also appreciated the shortbread provided upon arrival such a treat. i was also delighted with the clean towels and fresh water every day.
the corridor carpet looked a bit worn.

Superb Stay at a Fantastic Value!

The room was clean and featured all the necessary amenities. I found the bed very comfortable and the shower efficient. These details greatly enhanced my visit. Parking on site was plentiful. It made arrival and departure very easy. The staff was helpful and friendly, offering warm service!
The hot water took some time to reach the tap. I hope they can improve it.

i've stayed here for a month. the room included soap, shampoo, and even shortbread! jason, the manager, is attentive to guest comfort.
my room was compact in size. i had difficulty getting the tv to work. i should have asked for help with it.
