Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
The Dryburgh Arms offers spacious and light rooms, some including a fridge, which many guests find particularly convenient. You can expect clean rooms and comfortable beds, and for some, the provided breakfast with cereals, breads, cake, fruits, juices, and yogurt is a definite plus. The pub's location is handy for exploring, with a bus stop just outside for trips like visiting Harestanes near Jedburgh, although a few guests have noted that the breakfast wasn't always the standard full Scottish breakfast. Overall, guests find it provides good value, and some have already booked for future stays.

I appreciated the friendly staff and the location seemed convenient. The room contained essential amenities. the noise levels were disruptive. I could hear loud music late into the night and early in the morning. This made getting a good night's sleep difficult.

room fridge helpful staff fresh breakfast door slamming single glazing late noise
The room included a fridge, useful. Staff member Leanne greeted us warmly and recommended dinner options. Breakfast was freshly prepared at our chosen time with quality Scottish products..
I could hear the heavy door at the bottom of the private staircase slam until the early hours. I also heard loud singing and shouting from the foot of the staircase. Pub patrons outside our bedroom window shouted and sang until late. Single glazing made it sound like they were in my room.

The manager Leanne was SUPER helpful. She offered advice and was always available. The Scottish breakfast was excellent and exactly what I needed before a long drive. The bar was cute. I got chatting with people as soon as I walked in.
