Eastdene Guest House is often praised for its location, just a short walk from the city centre and River Ness, making it a great base for exploring Inverness. The rooms are generally considered spacious, especially the triple room on the ground floor, and feature amenities like en suite bathrooms with showers, toiletries, and comfortable mattresses; some guests have noted occasional noise from the road. clean room comfortable room town center limited sugar sparse gel shampoo
the room was very very comfy and tidy. the house sits within walking distance from the town center. laura offered a nice welcome and provided help throughout my stay (i appreciated her insights).
the room only had sugar for one cup despite two of us staying two nights. a single tube of washing gel and shampoo felt a bit sparse. i also needed to search for laura when i needed anything.

Excellent B&B Experience

comfy beds off-street parking convenient location
The location is great for accessing attractions. The beds were comfy, perfect after a long day. Off-street parking was very convenient, I had no trouble finding a space.
The breakfast times were somewhat restrictive (served only between 7:30 and 8:30).
Facilities
9/10
Off-street parking is available . The hotel is pet-free, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. It's also motorcycle-friendly, a plus for some (like me).
Rooms
9/10
The room was a good size, including a comfortable double bed. It was spotlessly clean, a detail I very much appreciate. The tasteful decor added to the room's appeal.
Location
9/10
The location is within walking distance to the city center. Eden Court and the Castle are also easily accessible. The guest house is situated on a quiet and peaceful street.
Service
10/10
The hostess was cheerful and helpful . She gave me good tips on what to do around the area. Her welcome.
