spacious hotel early check-in great customer service
Early check in WAS granted because great customer service. The hotel felt spacious. I could move around without feeling cramped. Access to my room was straightforward and hassle-free, even with luggage. The location near main attractions was awesome.
The decor lacked cohesion. The placement of furniture impeded access to the closet.

Amazing Stay! Absolutely Recommended!
updated bathroom clean room great facility
I found a updated bathroom and everything was so clean! The room size suited my needs just fine. the facilities looks great!
The radiator didn't seem to work, made the room a bit chilly. It was disappointing after a long day out.

The hotel provides easy walking distance to many sights. There are lots of restaurants located close to the city center, so you have got many choices available and activities. This location makes the premises highly accessible.

The room has a TV, a desk lamp, and a hairdryer which makes life easier. They provide towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, so I did not have to worry about these. A coffee machine was well stocked.

funky decor high ceilings beautiful canals
The room featured funky decor and high ceilings. I found it very charming! it was easy to drop off luggage because it's located outside the lez zone. nearby canals made for beautiful walks.
The mini fridge was missing. That would have been perfect

cold water improper bedsheets
The location was great. It was convenient for my needs.
The shower lacked power. The water temperature fluctuated between cold and hot during use. There were no complimentary towels. The bed was not comfortable since the bedsheets did not fit properly and the ironing board was not clean.
