reasonable stay
clean room good location plenty toilet paper small bathroom kettle issue poor lighting
the location was good, easy to find from the main road. there were several places to eat nearby. the room was very clean with plenty of toilet paper provided.
The bathroom was a bit small in the double room i booked. the kettle did not fit under the taps, it was difficult to fill it. there was no exterior lighting at the back entrance. It was dark when i arrived.

the location was excellent near the sea and local establishments. the beds offered good support, and blackout curtains were fitted, which really helped.

a bit rough around the edges
dusty bedroom no reply
the location was pretty great, close to everything.
The bathroom definitely needed more attention. I found some questionable stuff stuck to the toilet. also, the extra bedroom had dust everywhere. i messaged the owner about it, but i never got a reply, a bit annoying.

a haven by the water
nautical theme free parking easy access
every detail. the nautical theme throughout matched the location perfectly. we found a fridge and microwave too, perfect after a long journey. free parking right outside made everything easy and convenient.
the shower temperature was a little temperamental, it varied between hot and cold.

i didn't use dining facilities but i saw two restaurants just around the corner. gro and niche are very good for breakfast and they are conveniently nearby. it seemed a perfect spot for a morning coffee.

communication via email before i arrived was excellent. check in was hassle free so i could relax quickly. the staff was very friendly and very accommodating and made sure i had everything i needed.

the room was beautifully decorated and super clean clean. a large bathroom with plenty of space in the wardrobe. the bed was so comfy i slept soundly. tea and coffee making facilities are available.

the location is just perfect for visiting local restaurants. it's close to a lovely coffee house. there are beautiful walks along the beach. the guest house is located by the harbour with lovely view.
