clean room outside seating spacious room
it was beautifully decorated and very clean. the room was spacious, even with two dogs, and also had its own outside seating.

old furniture worn carpets
the setting was lovely and rural.
the furniture seemed old and the carpets were worn. the plumbing in the bathroom showed its age, with taps that felt loose. the dinner menu seemed like standard pub fare, nothing special stood out.

The location was indeed quiet.
The hotel felt very run down. The furniture seemed old, and the plumbing in the bathroom needed serious attention. the dinner menu options at the pub were subpar.
