lovely and clean room
clean room homely feeling helpful staff
the room was lovely and clean and i felt very homely. all expectations were met. i slept soundly. the staff was friendly and helpful when checking in and out.
the bathroom taps sound like a plane is flying over and that comes from neighbouring rooms too. when the main door is opened, our bedroom door would make a sudden bang which adds to the anxiety of trying to sleep. there was no shampoo in the shower.

the premises includes a bar with tv sports available. free parking is located nearby and it was super helpful. this made accessing the hotel very convenient.

the staff was very warm and cute from the minute i arrived. the receptionist was very friendly and the check in process was straightforward. the staff couldn't do enough.

there is a great little restaurant attached. i had a lovely three course meal and drinks for just over £60. the pub food and drink available are great.

The bedroom I stayed in was the best. I liked the good quality towels and the nice, warm shower. Biscuits were provided with the coffee and tea.

large shower feather cushions light blocking
the bathroom had a good-sized shower stall. i appreciated the feather cushions because they provided good support. the roller blind blocked light effectively which helped with sleep.
