the staff showed kindness and warmth . they calmly took me in and made sure i had everything i needed. the room was spacious. it catered to my needs.
the double bed was rather small. i am used to a king size bed at home. the hotel is needing a face-lift.

central location good bus connections adequately equipped room thin curtains bright light late music
the hotel is centrally placed. bus connections are good for accessing the cateran trail. the room was adequately equipped.
very thin curtains were present and a bright external light stayed on all night. i hadn't expected late music from the bar. associated street noise continued into the early hours.

low water pressure hard bed
the location was acceptable, it was close to the shops.
the room was not good at all. the shower temperature kept fluctuating. the water pressure was very low. the bed was really hard and i woke up with a sore back each morning.
