dated decor and breakfast issues

dated decor inconvenient breakfast
The room was quiet. That much was acceptable.
I felt the decor was stuck in the past. It looked like a time capsule from the 1980s. finding a place to plug in my phone charger proved to be impossible. I had to unplug the clock radio. breakfast felt too rigid. The set time of 8 a.m. did not work with my travel schedule and felt inconvenient.

Adequate Stay

friendly hosts hot chocolate late checkout old fashioned decor phone charger travel hairdryer
The hosts were very friendly. They offered hot chocolate and custard creams in my room. The owners allowed me to stay until after checkout to finish my meetings. This was appreciated.
The decor and facilities seemed old fashioned. There was nowhere to plug my phone charger. The hairdryer was a tiny travel one, not effective for drying hair.
