The hotel enjoys a convenient location in the city center. The staff were polite and accommodating. The room was clean and sufficient for My needs (it had a drinks station).

I was told there was no breakfast, but others had it. I did not receive clear information about the availability of dining options (it's something to consider).

The room included wooden floors and a window i could open for fresh air. A heater was available in case it got too cold. The room cleaning was made daily.

The building is very picturesque. The staff helped me dropping off my bag before check in. I noticed that it is easy walking to shops and the city centre.

The hotel is close to transportation options, like Argyle Street and St Enoch underground. The location is excellent, right in the very centre of the city. This made it easy to get around.
