i found the staff very helpful and accommodating. the breakfast service from the team was excellent. i had a good experience.
my room was very dated. repairs on the walls were quite obvious. the wardrobe lacked doors and had a lot of dust.

Fantastic Scottish Highlands Base!

The check-in experience was quick. A gentleman walked us to our room! I also found great prices for drinks in the bar area. It was spotlessly clean.. that's a plus! The room had ample space for the three of us. The beds felt comfy. I will use this hotel again on my next trip to the Highlands.

The breakfast options included amazing vegetarian and vegan choices. The hotel is currently being renovated, so I look forward to seeing the improvements in the dining area during my next visit.

Free parking offered easy access to the hotel. The bathroom had excellent water pressure in the shower. The room had lots of space. It was super clean, which I really appreciated.

the staff were really friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the warm welcome at check-in. the breakfast was included and had a delicious variety of choices. the prices for food and drinks at the bar were very reasonable.
the room had a slight unpleasant smell, though everything else was acceptable.
