difficult instructions vague answer
The bed was comfy.
I had some frustration. I contacted the hotel multiple times about luggage storage before my stay, but I got vague answers. Getting clear instructions upon arrival was difficult and time-consuming, despite the promise of 24/7 support.

comfortable bed quick staff online system personal data
the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. the staff were accommodating and quick to respond to questions WE had.
the check-in process was not good! i had to give them my personal data, which seemed unnecessary. the security of the online system made me uneasy, i had little confidence in the security of the room ITSELF.

plenty of towels adequate facilities little information luggage storage
the room had plenty of towels and drink-making facilities, i suppose.
The hotel gave little to no information about luggage storage before we arrived, despite multiple inquiries. It caused frustration and anxiety to me.

door entry system convenient location solid value
the electronic door entry system worked without issue. i found the location quite convenient, placing me near many local attractions. i booked a studio and it had all the basics covered. the value for money was solid , especially considering i was looking for a budget-friendly option.
the room felt smaller than i expected, especially around the mezzanine area.

The location is excellent for accessing major attractions. I appreciated the proximity to restaurants and shops. The staff responded VERY quickly via WhatsApp. This made communication seamless. The electronic access system offered convenient entry to the building.
The stairs to the upper floors felt a bit tiring at the end of the day.

small room slow shower
the location was acceptable and i could reach bus and train routes easily.
the room i booked was far too small , it felt cramped. there was barely any space to move around , even sitting on the toilet was difficult. the shower took a very long time to get warm , i was disappointed by this.
