Convenient and Comfortable Overnight Stay
convenient location quiet room ample parking helpful staff
The location was perfect (just off the A74(M)), so my journey was easy. My room was surprisingly quiet, especially considering its location above a pub. There was ample free parking, which took away any stress about finding a spot. I accidentally left my pillow behind, and staff arranged to send it to me.
The room decor felt a little dated.

camper parking excellent food birthday balloons convenient location
The staff provided balloons for the birthday. It was a thoughtful surprise! i parked my camper in the car park easily. the food was genuinely excellent, especially dinner. the location was convenient too.
I noticed a slight outdated style in the furniture. It didn't detract much from my stay though.

convenient location spacious room
the location was very convenient and the car park was free. my room was a family room. it was spacious, containing a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa. the quiet atmosphere helped me get a very good night's sleep because i needed it for my long journey the next morning.
i noticed that some of the furniture was slightly dated.

mouldy shower overhead shower
The location met my expectations. It was ideal just off the motorway.
I was disappointed because i found mould in the shower. It created an unhygienic environment. the overhead shower was the only option. I prefer a hand shower as well. a hot water pipe i touched in the shower scalded me.

tea coffee scuffed walls door banging
the room was large and it included tea and coffee facilities.
I had some issues . The room felt quite dated with scuffed walls. the location next to the pub meant a constant flow of people outside smoking and a lot of door banging occurred throughout the night. it was hard to get a restful sleep.
